Caesars Entertainment announced Thursday that the company has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Fertitta Entertainment.
LV Petroleum LLC, a company that operates 84 truck stops in 34 states, is negotiating with the Primm family and Affinity Gaming to keep Primm from going dark.
