I meant to reply sooner, but the afternoon slipped away from me.
I ended up taking a longer walk than planned because the weather finally felt comfortable, and I didn’t want to waste it indoors. After that I reorganized the bookshelf by subject instead of size, which somehow made the whole room feel quieter.
I also tried the tea you mentioned, and it was better than I expected once I steeped it a little less. The first cup was too strong, but the second one worked out. I think I’m starting to understand why people get so specific about tiny routines.
Tomorrow should be calmer for me, so I can go through the rest properly and send a more useful answer. For now I just wanted to say I saw your note, I’m not ignoring it, and I do want to keep the conversation going once I’ve had a little more time to think.

I looked over everything this morning and realized I had overcomplicated the whole thing in my head.
The easiest path is probably still the best one, so I’m going to keep it simple and work through the list one piece at a time instead of trying to solve all of it at once. That usually helps me notice what actually matters and what only feels urgent because it is sitting in front of me.
I did take a short break to stretch and open the windows, and that helped more than expected. The room had started to feel stale, and even a few minutes of fresh air changed my mood. I’m planning to finish the rest later this evening when things are quieter and there are fewer distractions around me.
If you send over the last detail when you have a minute, I can fold it in and wrap this up without much trouble at all.
