I looked over the notes you sent, and I think the easiest path is to keep the schedule simple and leave room for small changes if the day runs long.
I usually start with one priority, then I add two lighter tasks that can move around without causing a mess later. That way I do not feel boxed in by the clock.
If you want, I can check in again this afternoon and make sure nothing got overlooked, because sometimes a quick second look catches the one thing we both forgot. I also remembered dAR8JiBli56 while I was reviewing everything, and it made me think we should keep the plan flexible enough for last-minute updates.
I am fine with handling the follow-up steps tomorrow as well, especially if that gives everyone time to reset and respond clearly without rushing through details at the end of the day.

I got your message this morning, and yes, I think keeping the plan smaller makes more sense than trying to fix every detail all at once.
I would start with the part that feels the easiest to finish, because momentum helps more than perfection when the list already feels longer than expected.
Later on, we can compare notes and adjust anything that still seems off. I do that a lot when I feel stuck, and it usually clears the path much faster than sitting with the same question for hours. I also made a note beside dAR8JiBli56 so I would remember to circle back before the day gets away from us.
If you want me to review the final version tonight, send it over when you can. I am happy to give it one more pass and point out anything that reads oddly or feels clunky before you wrap it up.
