Staying on track is easy from Monday to Friday... but weekends?

That's where everything falls apart.

You go out for food. Have a few drinks. Wake up later.

Suddenly an entire week of your calorie deficit is down the drain. Start over Monday.

I got this question in my DMs on Instagram yesterday - so I want to share the simple solution that has worked for me and the people we coach.

Most coaches will tell you that having a routine on the weekends is the key.

But I know you have a social life.

So just bump your calorie targets up on Saturday and Sunday.

I lost 18 pounds in the last 70 days using that exact setup.

2200 calories on weekdays. 2900 on weekends.

It gives you the flexibility to enjoy fun foods. And you're never more than a few days away from some higher calorie days.

That makes it easier to dig deep during the week.
