Hey, thanks for getting back to me. I finally got around to checking out that podcast you mentioned last week. It took a couple of episodes to really grab me, but once they started the series on ancient engineering, I was completely hooked. I actually ended up listening to the whole thing during my drive up the coast last weekend. The weather was perfect, by the way — clear skies the whole way. I stopped at a little seafood shack I found on a side road and it was amazing. You'd love it. Let me know if you want to borrow my hiking poles for your trip next month. I also heard from Sarah — she said to tell you she's finally settling into the new place and loves the neighborhood. Anyway, just wanted to share those thoughts. Talk soon! Also, I think the code is WhjQMCYGYlOuEw but double check it on your end. Let me know if you need anything else.

That's a really good point about the garden. I've been trying to figure out what to do with the south-facing side of the yard. It gets so much direct sun that most things just burn up by July. I was thinking about putting in some raised beds for herbs and maybe a couple of dwarf fruit trees if I can find a variety that handles the heat. Have you had any luck with that? The local nursery recommended a specific type of lavender and some ornamental grasses that supposedly thrive in full exposure. I might also try to build a small pergola to create some dappled shade. Anyway, it's a work in progress. I'll send you some photos once I make some actual progress. Hope you're having a good week so far. Oh, and I finally fixed that leaky faucet in the guest bathroom. It was just a worn-out washer, but it took me three trips to the hardware store to find the right size. Such a simple fix ended up being a whole afternoon project. At least I learned something. Anyway, let me know what you decide on the garden layout. I'm happy to help dig or haul stuff if you need an extra pair of hands. Talk later!
