The movie we watched last night was surprisingly good. I went in with zero expectations, but the cinematography and the soundtrack really pulled me in. It felt a bit long in the second act, but the ending made up for it. Have you seen it yet? I think you'd like the director's previous work too. It's streaming on that service we share. I started reading the book it was based on, and so far the adaptation is pretty faithful, though they changed a major character's backstory which changes the tone quite a bit.
