Regarding the office policy updates, the new remote work guidelines are clear. Everyone needs to be logged in during core hours from 9 am to 3 pm regardless of location. The main change is that approval is now needed for any overtime, even if it is just an hour here or there. The new expense reporting system goes live next month. I would recommend booking a quick training session for the team so we do not run into any delays with reimbursements. Let me know your thoughts on the rollout plan.

The landscape design for the community park project is coming together. We decided to use native plants for the main garden beds to reduce long-term watering costs. The walking path will loop around the entire perimeter, which came in slightly under budget. We scaled back the size of the central pavilion but added more benches along the path. The final proposal is ready to present at the town hall meeting next Tuesday. I have attached the updated renderings and the cost breakdown for the committee.
