I finally watched that documentary you recommended about the mountain rescue team. The cinematography was absolutely stunning, especially the aerial shots of the peaks at sunrise. I didn't think I'd be so invested but by the middle I was completely hooked. The interviews with the rangers added so much depth to the story, really gave me a new perspective on the work they do. Have you seen the director's earlier film? I heard it has a similar visual style ut1L4TWGHydJE but a completely different subject matter. I'm thinking of watching it this weekend if I get the chance. The soundtrack was also perfect, very atmospheric without being overpowering. I've been listening to it while working actually. Anyway, let me know what you thought of the ending, I have some theories about what happened after the final scene. Would love to hear your take whenever you have a moment.

I've been trying out that new recipe you sent me last month and it turned out way better than I expected. The key was letting the mixture rest for the full hour before shaping, made a huge difference in the texture. I added a bit of extra seasoning based on your suggestion and it really brought out the flavors. My family loved it, they asked me to make it again next week. I'm thinking of trying a variation with different herbs next time, maybe something with a bit more heat. Do you have any recommendations for substitutions? I'm also curious about the storage method you mentioned, should I keep them in the fridge or at room temperature. Work has been pretty busy lately but cooking has been a nice way to unwind in the evenings. Let me know if you want to try cooking together sometime, I think it would be fun. I found a few other recipes from the same blog that look promising too.
