Hey, thanks for the note about the book club meeting. I actually finished the novel last night and really enjoyed it. The pacing surprised me after the first few chapters felt slow. I thought the main character's arc was well done, especially toward the end. Let me know if you want to borrow my copy. I can drop it off at your place this weekend if that works. Also, your recommendation for that documentary was spot on. I watched it over the weekend and learned a ton about the subject. The cinematography was beautiful. Anyway, let me know what you think about the meeting time change. I'm flexible.

I saw your message about the garden project. We ended up planting the tomatoes last weekend and they are already showing new growth. The soil mix you recommended worked really well. I added a bit of compost on top and watered deeply. The raised beds are holding up nicely too. The weather has been cooperating with plenty of sun and occasional rain. I think we will have a good harvest this year. Let me know if you want to stop by and see the setup. I also tried that pruning technique you mentioned on the rose bushes and they look much healthier now.
