Hey, I finally got around to reading that article you sent last week. It was really interesting how they broke down the whole process. I had no idea there were so many layers to it. I actually started looking into it more on my own after that. There is a ton of information out there once you start digging. I found a couple of other sources that went even deeper into the history behind it. Reminded me a bit of that documentary we watched a few months back. Anyway, I wanted to circle back and say thanks for sharing it. I have been meaning to reply sooner but things have been busy on my end. The garden is finally starting to come together after all that rain we had. I think the tomatoes might actually make it this year. Hope you are doing well and we can catch up properly soon. siE2kP6QZA There is a new coffee shop opening up near the park that looks promising.

Oh I completely forgot to tell you about the trail I hiked last Saturday. It was absolutely stunning with the leaves starting to turn. The whole path wound through a grove of old oaks and then opened up to a view of the valley. I stopped for lunch at a little bench near a stream and just sat there for half an hour watching the water. I brought my camera but honestly the photos do not capture how peaceful it felt. A couple of deer crossed the path about fifty yards ahead of me and barely even glanced my way. The air was crisp and cool, perfect for a long walk. I am already planning to go back next month when the colors should be at their peak. Let me know if you would want to join, I know you have been wanting to get out more. We could make a day of it and grab lunch at that diner near the trailhead afterwards. I think you would really love the whole area.
