Every month is a new year if you use it right.
Here's your June game plan:
THIS WEEK (Jun 1-7):
Pick ONE habit. Just one. Something you can do in under 15 minutes daily. Commit to it for this week only. Not forever. Just 7 days.
NEXT WEEK (Jun 8-14):
If you kept the habit, add one more. If you didn't, restart the same one. No shame. Just data.
BY JUNE 30:
You'll either have 2-3 small habits running or you'll know exactly which ones don't stick for you. Both are progress.
The difference between you and the version of you who's actually changing? A system. Not willpower. Not motivation. A structure that runs even on the days you don't feel like it.
