Yeah, I finally got around to trying that new recipe you sent me last week. It took a bit longer than I expected because I had to improvise a few ingredients. The store was out of fresh basil so I used dried instead, and honestly it still turned out pretty great. I also added a little extra garlic because you know me, I can never have too much. 3Iqbjyyhq1Vpz The whole thing came together in about 45 minutes even with all the chopping. I served it with some crusty bread on the side and it was a hit. I am definitely keeping that one in rotation. Let me know if you have any other recommendations because I am trying to cook more at home these days. My neighbor smelled it cooking and texted me for the recipe too.

Oh hey, I was just thinking about our conversation from the other day. I looked into that book you mentioned and it sounds really interesting. I added it to my library hold list but there are like 20 people ahead of me so it might be a while. In the meantime I started reading something else that caught my eye at the bookstore. It is a collection of short stories set in different cities around the world. Each chapter feels like a little escape. I am about halfway through and really enjoying it. I will let you know if it is worth recommending. Hope you are doing well and staying busy with your own projects. Let me know if you want to grab coffee sometime next week.
