I think the route through the park should work well for Saturday. We can start at the trailhead by the old bridge and follow the loop around the lake. It usually takes about two hours at a moderate pace. I checked the weather and it looks clear with mild temps. Let me know if you prefer a shorter path. We could also bring a light pack with some snacks and water. I will bring the trail map I picked up last week.
