That's a good point about the air fryer. I've been using mine almost every day, especially for vegetables. I haven't tried sweet potatoes yet, but I'll give it a shot. By the way, did you finish that book you were reading last week? I borrowed a copy for the weekend and I'm halfway through. The pacing is a bit slow in the middle, but the ending supposedly has a twist. I'm curious what you thought.
