Hey, I finally got around to fixing the bike chain I was telling you about. It was actually easier than I thought once I watched a couple of videos online. Just needed a new chain tool and a quick link. Took maybe twenty minutes total. Anyway, what are you guys doing this weekend? We were thinking of hiking that trail near the lake if the weather holds up. Let me know if you want to join. We could pack a lunch and make a day of it. I heard the fall colors are really starting to pop up there. Also, did you ever find a good place to get your car serviced around here? We finally adopted a cat from the local shelter. She is a three-year-old tabby with the funniest personality. She follows me around the house and meows every time I open the refrigerator. I swear she thinks it is a portal to another dimension or something. She is still getting used to the apartment, but she has already claimed the sunny spot on the rug in the living room. We named her Maple because of her color. Anyway, if you have any tips for keeping her entertained while I am at work, I am all ears. I got her a few toys but she seems more interested in cardboard boxes. Hope to see you soon!
