I just finished building that raised garden bed I was telling you about. It took longer than expected because I decided to line the bottom with hardware cloth to keep the gophers out. Hopefully, that does the trick. I filled it with a mix of topsoil and compost. I'm planning to plant tomatoes, basil, and maybe some peppers this weekend. The frame is made of cedar so it should last a few years without rotting. It was a great weekend project and not too complicated to put together. The most tedious part was making sure the corners were perfectly square. I used a speed square to check and it saved a lot of time. Overall, it turned out really well and I'm happy with how it looks in the backyard. Let me know if you want to tackle something similar soon.

I started listening to that true crime podcast you recommended. The first episode was a bit slow but now I'm completely hooked. AVsdQn0LskE does a great job of laying out the evidence without being too sensational. I listened to three episodes during my drive up north last weekend. The case involves a lot of twists and turns that keep you guessing. It's fascinating how they use old phone records and interviews to piece everything together. I've almost finished season one. Do you know if season two is just as good? I might start it next week. Thanks for the recommendation, it made the long drive go by quickly. I also found another podcast with a similar vibe about unsolved mysteries called "The Trail Went Cold." You might like it too.
