New South Wales’ top-performing state schools are turning suburbs into coveted real estate hot spots, with new figures showing interest from up to 4400 potential home buyers.

A snapshot of real estate data for the suburbs boasting government primary and secondary schools with strong academic results has revealed the prime locations on property wishlists where median prices range from $1.1m to $2.8m.
