Hey Ala, Every year it’s the same in this industry: companies slow down hiring in the summer. Then when everyone comes back from holidays, hiring picks up again in a very specific window. That window starts in September, and that’s less than 90 days from now. Now be honest with yourself:
If you gave me 90 days to get you ready for the September Hiring Wave, here’s exactly what I’d have you do. Assuming you already have the Linux and Kubernetes fundamentals down: Days 1–30 – Foundations + Homelab
Days 31–60 – Projects + Proof
Days 61–90 – Visibility + Interviews
Do that, and you walk into the September Hiring Wave with an actual shot at landing a job. If you don’t, you’ll be like everyone else sending hundreds of applications and wondering why they’re getting rejected. That’s why I’m running the KubeCraft Summer Sprint – 90 Days to an Offer Letter:
This is your chance to join a highly motivated group of people grinding toward the same job as you. When I changed my career from nurse to DevOps, I was always grinding alone and I didn’t have anyone to ask when I got stuck. That can end today: you can have a group of people around you doing the same thing, and an expert senior mentor who is there to answer your questions every single day. The Summer Sprint kickoff is June 19. If you want to be part of the group: I look forward to helping you, |
