I appreciate you sending over the details on the project timeline last week. Honestly, it helped clarify a lot of the moving parts for me. I was a bit confused about the scheduling for the next phase, but your breakdown made it much easier to visualize. I think if we just adjust the milestones slightly to account for the review cycles, it will be much smoother. Let me know if you want to jump on a quick call next week to finalize the plan. I have some availability on Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning if either of those work for you. Also, I heard back from the design team and they mentioned the initial drafts will be ready by Friday. We can review them together if you'd like. FILbx43Ri8y24i Just a thought.

It was really great catching up with everyone at the team lunch yesterday. I feel like we don't get enough opportunities to just talk about things other than work. I learned that Sarah is training for a marathon, which is incredibly inspiring. And Tom's woodworking projects sound amazing. I think we should make that a more regular thing, maybe once a month. It builds better camaraderie and helps us understand each other on a different level. On a side note, has anyone followed up on the feedback from the client meeting on Monday? I know we discussed some major changes, but I haven't seen the updated brief yet. I'll send a quick reminder to the group to see where we stand.
