Yeah I totally get what you mean about that film we watched last night. I wasn't sure about the ending either but I think the director was trying to show how memory shifts over time. My sister saw it twice and she picked up on the clock motif early on which I completely missed. Apparently the whole thing is a loop if you pay attention to the background details. Anyway I was thinking about trying that Korean place you mentioned since we have Friday free. Let me know if you're still up for it because I need to know if I should book ahead or if we can just walk in. Also I finally started that show everyone keeps talking about and honestly the first two episodes are slow but everyone says it picks up after episode four so I'm sticking with it. The main character reminds me of someone we used to know actually. Hope your week is going okay otherwise.

We should catch up properly soon because there's a lot going on and I keep forgetting to tell you stuff. Let me know about Friday when you can.

I finally got around to trying that sourdough recipe you sent me a few weeks ago and honestly it turned out better than I expected. The starter took about five days to get really bubbly and I was worried the whole time I was doing something wrong but it worked out in the end. The crust came out super crunchy and the inside was soft with those nice air pockets you see in bakery loaves. I added a little rosemary on top which gave it a nice smell while it was baking. Next time I want to try a whole wheat version or maybe add some olives. My neighbors came over and I gave them a slice and they asked if I bought it from a bakery so I felt pretty good about that. Let me know if you have any other recipes you think I should try because I'm getting into this baking thing more than I expected. Also I finally planted those herbs on my balcony and the basil is already growing like crazy which is nice because I use it almost every day in pasta or salads.

Anyway hope you're having a good week and let's catch up soon. I think we should plan something for next month maybe a weekend thing.
