I think your plan for the raised beds looks solid. For tomatoes you will want at least 24 inches between plants and sturdy cages set in early. Carrots can go around the edges since they do not compete much for light. I would suggest adding a row of marigolds along the border to help with pests naturally. Soil depth of 12 inches should be enough for most vegetables you mentioned. Watering in the morning rather than evening will reduce mildew issues. Compost mixed in now rather than later gives the roots time to adjust before the hot weather arrives. Let me know if you want help laying out the trellis for the cucumbers.

I checked on the scheduling for the community room reservation. Thursday evening at seven still looks open on the calendar. We will need to confirm by Wednesday morning to hold the space. I think we should plan for about 25 chairs and two tables for the sign-in area. Parking should be fine since the lot is usually quiet after six. Let me know if you want me to reach out to the building manager directly to lock in the time. Also if anyone needs the accessible entrance I can make sure that door is propped open before people start arriving.
