Yeah I totally get what you mean about the timing not being ideal. I actually ran into something similar a few weeks ago where I just had to push everything back by a day or two ca1vkUJloNsrE and it worked out fine in the end honestly. The weather was pretty cooperative so we managed to get everything done that we needed to. I should probably mention that the place we were looking at had a really nice setup in the back with plenty of space to spread out. The kids loved running around out there while the adults just sat and talked. I think if we planned it right it could be really fun for everyone involved. Let me know what you think about the dates I suggested earlier. I'm flexible if we need to shift things around a bit. I am sure we can find something that works for the group.

Just wanted to give you a heads up on what I was thinking before we made any final decisions. It is always better to talk it through ahead of time rather than scrambling at the last minute. I found that having a general outline helps a lot even if the details change later.

That is a really good question and I have been thinking about it a lot lately. I was talking to a friend about this same topic last week and she had a pretty interesting take on the whole thing. Honestly I think it comes down to what feels right for you at the end of the day. There is no single correct answer that works for everyone. Some people thrive in that kind of environment while others need something completely different to feel motivated.

I have noticed that when I just go with my gut feeling I tend to end up happier with the outcome. It might be worth trying a few different approaches to see what sticks. You can always adjust as you go along. No need to have everything figured out from the start. Just take it one step at a time and see where things lead. I would say do what makes the most sense for your situation and don't overthink it too much.
