I totally forgot to tell you the tomatoes finally ripened last week!
I was starting to get worried because the leaves were looking a bit yellow, but my neighbor suggested a little bit of epsom salt mixed in the water.
It worked like a charm. We have so many cherry tomatoes now that I'm giving bags away to everyone at work.
The basil didn't do as well though. I think I planted it too late in the season.
I want to try growing some peppers next year. Maybe bell peppers and a couple of spicy jalapenos.
Do you know if they grow well in containers? I have this sunny spot on the patio that gets at least 6 hours of direct sunlight.
I am thinking of building a raised bed this fall so everything has better drainage.
We will see if I actually get around to it. Life has been so busy lately.

We finally started watching that show you recommended.
It took us a few episodes to really get into it, but now we are completely hooked.
The character development is surprisingly deep for a thriller.
I think the cinematography in the third episode was absolutely stunning.
There was this one continuous shot through the hotel corridor that was just incredible.
We are trying to pace ourselves so we don't binge the whole season in one weekend.
Its hard to avoid spoilers online though.
I accidentally saw a comment on a forum about the season finale.
Luckily it didn't give away too much. I am curious to see how they set up the next season.
Did you read that the showrunner signed a multi-season deal?
Hopefully that means the storytelling will remain consistent.
