Yeah I think the timeline works well for what you described. We should have enough room to adjust things as we go along. The main thing is making sure we have the right people assigned before we get too deep into the details. I was looking at the calendar and we have about three weeks before the next review cycle starts. If you want to get together next Thursday to walk through the key milestones I think that would give us enough time to sort out any issues. Let me know what you think about that plan.

Also I noticed the agenda for the team meeting covers most of what we discussed so that should help keep everyone aligned on the priorities. Feel free to add anything I might have missed.

I tried that new place on Elm Street finally. The atmosphere was good and the service was friendly. I had the roasted chicken with vegetables and it was well prepared. The portions were reasonable too. If you are looking for something casual for dinner I think it would work well. The menu has enough variety that most people would find something they like. Parking was easy around the back which is always a bonus in that area. Let me know if you want to try it sometime.

I also heard they are going to start doing brunch on weekends starting next month which could be nice for a change of pace. The chef mentioned they are sourcing ingredients from local farms when possible.
