The contractor said they will finish the patio work by Thursday afternoon as long as the weather stays clear. I told them we can move the furniture out of the way so they have access to the full space. They mentioned needing an extra outlet for the saw so I will make sure the extension cord reaches from the garage. I think we should also ask about the final cleanup details because I do not want to be stuck with a pile of debris over the weekend. I can meet them at the house around 8 am to let them in and then head to the office.
I looked into the reservation for the lake cabin and the earliest check-in is 3 pm on Friday. The owner said we can park two cars in the driveway and there is additional street parking on the cul-de-sac. I will bring the board games and maybe a few books in case the weather turns rainy.
