Yeah I totally get what you mean about the scheduling conflicts it’s been a real headache trying to find a time that works for everyone especially with summer vacations and everything going on. I think if we just moved the team sync to Thursday afternoons it would free up a bunch of time for everyone to actually finish their deep work in the mornings without feeling rushed or interrupted all the time. Let me know what you think and we can adjust the calendar invite accordingly. Hey I just finished reading that book you recommended last month and wow it was really something special. The way the author described the landscape and the small details of daily life made me feel like I was right there in the middle of it all experiencing everything alongside the characters. I’m going to start the sequel tonight since I heard it’s even better than the first one which is hard to imagine but I’m excited to find out.
