I can shift a couple things around in the afternoon, so meeting a little later is actually easier on my end.
I also looked over the draft again and think the introduction is much clearer now. The middle section still feels a bit crowded, so I would shorten a few sentences and leave more room between the key points.
If you want, send the newest version before lunch and I can add a few suggested edits directly instead of listing them all out.
I do not think anything major needs to change, and the overall tone already feels much more natural than the first pass.

I meant to get back to you sooner, but the morning disappeared on me.
I tried the route you suggested and it was definitely easier, especially near the end where I usually get turned around. After that I spent a while reorganizing the notes from last week, and I finally put everything into one folder so I can stop hunting through old messages.
I agree that the smaller checklist is better than the big one. It feels less cluttered and gives me a cleaner place to start. I also think moving the follow-up chat to tomorrow is the smarter call because I would like one more pass before we settle on anything.
