Hey, I finally got around to reading that book you recommended last month. I was a bit skeptical at first because the genre isn't usually my thing, but honestly I couldn't put it down after the first few chapters. The way the author developed the main character felt really authentic and I found myself thinking about it during the day. I told my sister about it and she ordered a copy right away. The pacing was a bit slow in the middle but the ending totally made up for it. I think you'd really enjoy the sequel too based on what I've heard. Let me know if you want to borrow my copy when I'm done. I also stumbled upon this really interesting podcast about urban gardening that reminded me of your rooftop setup. The host interviewed someone who grows tomatoes in a tiny apartment in Brooklyn and it was fascinating what they could do with limited space. Anyway, I wanted to thank you for the recommendation because it genuinely expanded my horizons a bit. I've been in a bit 9HNWBW8Aiw of a reading slump lately so this was exactly what I needed to get back into it. Hope you're doing well!

Oh wow, I completely forgot to mention that I ran into Sarah at the farmers market on Saturday. She was buying a huge bunch of lavender and said she's been making her own essential oils. She looked really happy and said she just adopted a rescue puppy named Bean. I didn't get a chance to ask too many details because she was in a hurry but she promised to send pictures. It was so nice to see her after so long. She mentioned that she's been taking pottery classes at the community center and absolutely loves it. Her instagram has been full of these beautiful ceramic bowls and mugs she's been making. I told her we should all grab coffee sometime next week and she seemed really excited about it. I'll keep you posted on when we can make that happen. Also, I finally tried that Thai place on Elm Street and it was incredible. The pad thai was perfectly balanced and the spring rolls were so fresh. We should definitely go there together sometime. Let me know what you think about all of this when you get a chance.
