Hey thanks for the book recommendation you sent last week. I finally started reading it on Tuesday and honestly I did not expect to get hooked so fast. The way the author builds the main character's backstory through those short flashback chapters really pulled me in. I stayed up way too late two nights in a row because I kept telling myself just one more page. I am about halfway through now and I think I know where the plot is going but I hope I am wrong because the setup feels too obvious. Let me know if you have read anything else by that writer because the style clicks with me. I want to pick up another one as soon as I finish this. I will probably pass this copy along to my sister because she likes similar pacing and character driven stories. Anyway just wanted to say thanks for the nudge. I was in a reading slump and this pulled me right out of it. ru2ibDkisTB Hope your week is going okay. Let me know when you finish that other book you started. I am curious if it sticks the landing.

I finally tried that pizza place you mentioned near the old train station and wow it was worth the drive. The crust had that perfect chewy crunch and the sauce was way more balanced than I expected. I ordered the one with roasted mushrooms and caramelized onions and it was not greasy at all which always ruins a good slice for me. The guy behind the counter said they proof the dough for almost three days and you can really taste the difference. I also grabbed a side of their garlic knots and ate way too many but no regrets. The atmosphere inside is nothing fancy just a few tables and a chalkboard menu but the whole place feels honest and unpretentious. I will definitely go back maybe next week to try the white pizza. Let me know if you want to join because I know you would like it and we could split a couple of different ones. I have been telling everyone about it because good pizza is hard to find around here.
