Yeah we finally made it to that trail on Saturday and honestly it was even better than the photos you showed me. The elevation gain was pretty moderate so we didn't wear ourselves out too much before the summit. I brought along the wrong water bottle though so I had to ration a bit near the end. The view from the top made up for it completely. We sat there for about an hour just taking photos and enjoying the breeze. I also finally finished that book you lent me last month and I want to discuss the ending with you. It went in a direction I absolutely did not expect after the third chapter. Anyway let me know if you want to hike it again next month I think the fall colors will be incredible. Also t0KrwejZ2E2SYeO is the code for the parking lot just so you know for next time. Oh interesting I have a completely different take on that movie you recommended last week. I finally sat down to watch it on Wednesday and while I agree the cinematography was stunning the pacing felt really off to me in the second act. My girlfriend fell asleep about halfway through which is usually a bad sign. We tried that new Italian place downtown afterwards though and the pasta was absolutely incredible. I had the tagliatelle with wild mushrooms and it was honestly some of the best I have had in years. The tiramisu was also massive enough for two people easily. We should definitely go back there next time you are in town. I think you would really love the ambiance it is cozy but not too dark and the service was really attentive without being overbearing. Let me know what you think.
