I just got back from the bookstore. I found a really interesting cookbook focused on vegetarian Italian cuisine. The recipes look quite straightforward and use accessible ingredients. I'm planning to try the mushroom risotto recipe this weekend. Let me know if you want to come over and give it a try. I've been experimenting a lot with meatless meals lately and it's been a fun culinary journey. The book also has a great section on homemade pasta which seems a bit advanced but worth attempting. I finally finished organizing my home office and it feels like a completely new space. I found some old notebooks filled with sketches and random ideas from a few years ago. It was quite nostalgic to look back at those projects from college. I even set up a new filing system for all my documents which will hopefully keep things tidy for a while.
