Everyone on this list wants the same thing. To land a DevOps job. You have wanted it for months, some of you for years.

Here is the uncomfortable part. Wanting it was never the problem. Almost nobody is actually willing to put themselves out there. That, not another missing certificate, is the real reason you are still where you are.

Last week, over 70 people decided to do something about it.

It is a real group, working toward the exact same goal, in public, led by a senior engineer who has actually walked the path, and it is happening right now, this month.

I am not telling you this to make you feel bad. I am telling you because I have watched too many capable people wait until they felt "ready" and let the wave pass them by, year after year. I did it myself once. I sent out applications in July, got nothing back, and had no idea the summer market was already dead. I do not want that to be you.
