Telegraf Enterprise is now generally available.
If you're running Telegraf across a growing fleet of agents, you already know what happens without dedicated tooling: configuration drift, no visibility into which agents are healthy, and way too much time spent SSHing into hosts to push updates. Telegraf Enterprise is built to fix that.
At the center is Telegraf Controller, a self-hosted web UI and API that gives your team one place to create, manage, and deploy Telegraf configurations across your entire fleet. Change a collection interval or update an output destination once, and it's available to every agent that uses that configuration. No manual rollout. No guessing whether a host is still running the config you think it is.
A few things worth knowing:
Open source Telegraf isn't changing. The agent, the plugin ecosystem, and the community all continue as is. Telegraf Enterprise adds the operational layer teams need once a fleet gets large enough to be hard to manage.
Telegraf Controller is free to download. The free version supports up to 20 configurations and 100 reporting Telegraf agents—enough to evaluate it properly. A Telegraf Enterprise license raises those limits and adds audit logging, LDAP/OIDC identity management, and official support from InfluxData.
Single binary, no dependencies. It runs on Linux, macOS, and Windows. You can have it operational in minutes.
