• Providence-based chamber choir Ensemble Altera performs at the Old South Church.

• Head to Tanglewood to catch a pair of performances by music legend Paul Simon on Saturday and Sunday.

• The Boston Art & Music Soul Festival is back through June 28 with a ton of fun programming, including an appearance by DJ Jazzy Jeff.

Last chance

• The in-person portion of the Roxbury International Film Festival concludes on Friday at the MFA with a screening of writer-director Leon Hendrix III’s “Montmartre.”

• The play “Eureka Day” ends its run at the Huntington Theatre on Sunday.

• Mfoniso Udofia’s “In Old Age” will have its final show at the Emerson Paramount Center on Sunday.
