Thanks for your note about the garden layout. I think putting the raised beds along the south fence makes sense, since that side gets full sun until late afternoon. The tomatoes and peppers will love that spot. For the herbs, maybe we can tuck them closer to the kitchen door so it is easier to grab a handful when cooking. I also wondered about adding a small bench near the apple tree, just for sitting and watching everything grow. Let me know if you want to adjust the spacing between the boxes; I can shift things around pretty easily. The soil delivery is scheduled for next Tuesday morning, so if we finalize the plan by Monday that would be ideal. I will bring the measuring tape and stakes when we meet.
re: the team meeting agenda for next week I think we should keep the first fifteen minutes for quick updates around the table then move into the budget review for Q3. The numbers from July looked solid but we need to talk about the marketing spend shift. Also Deb mentioned she wanted to walk through the new onboarding checklist so if we can slot ten minutes for that around 10:30 it would help everyone stay aligned. I will bring printed copies of the expense report. Let me know if any of the senior folks need to jump on early.

For the potluck next weekend I was thinking about bringing a big batch of chili with cornbread on the side. It is easy to make ahead and stays warm in a slow cooker. Let me know if anyone has dietary restrictions I should plan for. I can also grab a couple of store bought desserts if we need something sweet. The park shelter has electricity so we can plug in the cooker no problem. I will bring bowls and spoons too.
