I have been thinking about what you asked regarding the weekend schedule and I think starting Saturday morning at the farmers market around 9am works well since the forecast looks nice. We can grab coffee from that stand you like and then decide if we want to walk over to the gallery on Main Street. My sister mentioned the new show is worth seeing but we should check whether tickets are needed. For lunch we could try the ramen place you recommended or there is a new Thai spot that just opened near the park. Let me know what time everyone wants to meet up and I will coordinate from there.

The project timeline shifted by a week because the vendor is still finalizing their materials. I spoke with David this morning and he suggested using the extra days to refine the presentation deck and include more case study examples. I think that approach makes sense since the client wants to see comparable outcomes before they approve the expanded scope. We have a check-in scheduled for Thursday afternoon to review the draft. If you can have your portion ready by Wednesday evening I can integrate everything and we will be in good shape for the review.
