The contractor confirmed they can start renovation next Monday. They will begin with kitchen demolition. We need to decide on the tile grout color by Thursday. The samples are on the kitchen counter. I am leaning towards warm gray for the kitchen and darker charcoal for the bathroom. What do you think? The window measurements for the living room are slightly off. The manufacturer suggested custom drapes instead of standard blinds to ensure a perfect fit. Let me know if you want to meet this weekend to take final measurements. I can pick up pastries from the bakery down the street.
