Yes I think the quarterly review went well overall though we did run a bit over on the timing side. The team seemed engaged during the updates and the new scheduling approach was well received. I was a little concerned about the transition to the afternoon slots but people adapted quickly once we walked through the examples. The next meeting should be easier now that everyone has seen the format once. Let me know if you want to adjust anything before the next one.

I looked into the scheduling tool you mentioned and I think the best approach would be to set up the recurring blocks first before adding individual shifts. That way the pattern locks in and you avoid the overlap warning that kept popping up. Also if you set the default view to weekly instead of daily it seems to load faster on my end.
