Save the date, Statesboro-area Veterans!

Join VA Augusta for a Stand Down for Veterans at the American Legion Dexter Allen Post 90 at 100 Rucker Lane in Statesboro from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, Sep. 18. The resource fair and claims clinic will feature VA Benefits Regional Office Reps, VA Registration and IDs, Military Environment Health, VA and Community Resources & Housing Support, Veterans Justice Outreach (VJO), and a free lunch.

Sweeten your tooth and your spirit! Join VA Augusta's Chaplain Service for two Ice Cream Socials & Resource Fairs, 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. both days, on Monday, July 13 (uptown campus at 1 Freedom Way), and Friday, July 17 (downtown campus at 950 15th Street). Learn all that the VA Augusta chaplains have to offer to Veterans, families, and staff! 


 

TBI group VA Augusta July 2026

Starting Thursday, July 16, VA Augusta will relaunch its TBI Process Group, a safe and supportive place for Veterans with Traumatic Brain Injuries to share experiences, process challenges, and learn from one another. Join us at 10 a.m., Thursdays, in Room 3G-141 at the Uptown Augusta campus (1 Freedom Way). No consult is needed - this is a open, walk-in group.
