Regarding the scheduling for the volunteer day I think we should split the group into three teams this time. One team can handle the painting projects another can focus on the landscaping work and the third can manage the cleanup and organization tasks. I spoke with the site coordinator and they mentioned that they will provide most of the tools so we just need to bring gloves and water bottles. Also if we arrive by 8 that gives us time to do orientation before the work begins.
