We tried that new ramen place downtown you were curious about. The broth was incredibly rich, and the chashu melted in your mouth. We got there right before the dinner rush, so we didn't have to wait too long for a table. The gyoza appetizer was solid too. You should definitely check it out whenever you get the chance. I have a feeling you would really enjoy their tonkotsu base.
