If you're a long time Riverlander, maybe you remember when Murray crayfish were a standard species in the river.

Well, they're clawing their way back after decades of being extinct from the SA stretch of the Murray. Reporter Jackson Byrne headed out for the fourth consecutive release of the Murray crayfish and got up and close with the creatures (pictured).

Our team has also been busy telling the story of concussion and how it has changed the life of a local 18-year-old. While Angus Pitman was forced to hang up the footy boots, he has found a new love and it's on the water. You can read his story below.
