Tesla has announced plans to develop a wheelchair-accessible autonomous taxi, a company representative told lawmakers in Washington, D.C. Although Tesla has begun testing a purpose-built Cybercab for autonomous driving, it is not yet wheelchair-accessible.

Google Home Display to feature Nest Cam-style camera
Google is reportedly developing the Google Home Display, its first dedicated smart display in years, according to new code found in the Google Home app. The device is expected to feature a built-in camera with Nest Cam functionality, offering three hours of free event recording, microphone-based sound detection, live viewing and additional recording history through Google Home Premium.

TikTok launches AI literacy guide, detection efforts

TikTok has rolled out a dedicated AI literacy guide helping users recognize and responsibly engage with AI-generated content on the platform. Developed in collaboration with industry experts like NAMLE and Henry Ajder, the guide features video explainers and overviews to help users better understand AI tools. This initiative is part of TikTok's broader commitment to AI literacy, which also includes expanded funding for educational programs such as the Raspberry Pi Foundation and NoFiltr.
