Production Management is live on web and mobile

Production management, which helps inFlow Manufacturing customers to track operations and labor cost, is now fully released with mobile support.

Anyone on your shop floor can open inFlow Mobile, pull up their manufacture orders, and get picking guidance right down to the sublocation. 

One tap starts a timesheet when work begins, another tap stops it when it’s done. So labor time reflects what actually happened, instead of something you have to backfill later.

New label roll sizes

Thanks to your feedback in our hardware survey, we’re offering two new thermal label sizes.

You can pick up 3" x 3" Label Rolls for bigger barcodes and product info, or Triple 1" Square Label Rolls if you need something more compact.

Both of these label rolls are compatible with the inFlow Portable Printer, so maybe have a look at one while you browse the inFlow Shop!


What 400 operators really think about inventory

We have officially completed our first large-scale survey. We reached out to 400 warehouse and operations professionals about how they actually manage inventory in 2026.

These are not projections or summaries from other places, but real answers that we got from actual businesses.

A few of the standouts:

  • 85% of respondents still lean on spreadsheets (and some are companies with over 500 employees)
  • 81% want to adopt AI in some way, but only 11% use it right now 
  • Costs really are higher and they're one of the biggest sources of pressure for companies (so cost tracking is even more important than ever)

Xero payments now sync both ways

If you record payments on the Xero side, they used to stay there. That meant you had to reconcile them by hand or risk a duplicate payment. Well, those days are behind you now.

inFlow's Xero integration now supports two-way payment sync, along with payment method mapping and support for Xero tracking categories.
