You have to build the road for them. I made one Notion page with training videos and simple SOPs. Then I set clear daily targets: 75 outbound DMs, three calls booked. Copy-paste scripts I wrote, so there's no guessing. Step 4: check in, then review. Daily check-ins the first week. Then a weekly review every Friday morning. Takes me 30 to 40 minutes to go through the comments, the DMs, the numbers. Worth every minute, because that's how quality stays high and the leads keep landing. That's the whole thing.
