Yes, this is outrageous:

Trump's Department of Justice recently announced it is suing Virginia over its new assault weapons ban, and California over a newly-passed law meant to stop the spread of DIY machine guns.
This comes on the heels of a recent rally in PA where Trump announced his support for the federal Concealed Carry Mandate — which would be one of the most extreme gun bills in modern history.
Even scarier, the U.S. Supreme Court just announced they will consider whether assault weapons bans violate the Second Amendment.

Assault weapons bans save lives. If our leaders care about keeping us safe, they should be working to pass a federal assault weapons ban — not trying to BLOCK it from happening.

While Trump pushes the gun lobby's top priorities, he's trying to block life-saving gun safety policies states are passing to make their own laws safer.
