Hey there,
Before I say a word about anything else, I want to say thank you.
Over the past six months, I’ve been working daily with 100+ high-performance professionals from our IWAI community, building AI agents to multiply their professional (and personal) lives.
That’s on top of the 200+ folks who took the time (in deep interviews and surveys) to share how they’re using (or trying to use) AI in life and work.
Hundreds of real people opened up their real careers and real lives to me — then I spent six months building with them. It has been one of the best experiences of my 20 years in tech.
If you were one of those people — thank you.
And this week, I’m going to invite you to see the results of all that work, now ready for all Innovating with AI readers after six months of development.
We call it The AI Executive System (AIEX) – the brand new edition of our flagship program where you’ll design a small digital team of AI assistants and advisors (“AI coworkers”) around your real work and personal life.
These “AI coworkers” are not human hires — they’re AI agents configured to work with, without, and around you, much like a high-performance human team would support a high-performance executive or professional at the top of their game. The goal is two-fold: (1) multiply your professional value and (2) multiply your quality of life.
In just a few days, we’ll open enrollment exclusively to IWAI readers.
Before we talk about what’s inside the program (and what's brand new for this enrollment week), I think it’s more important to start with the “why it even exists.”
Then, we’ll show you how we built it in a way that’s future-proof – designed from the ground up to leverage all the AI model upgrades and new toys that don’t even exist yet.
My goal here is simple:
By the time enrollment opens, I want you to feel like you’re making an informed decision – one where you fairly assess if enrolling in this brand-new version of AIEX is an exceptional fit for your immediate and long-term needs.
That said, let’s get into…
Why I care about this (and why AIEX exists at all)
Over the last 20+ years, I’ve used technology to go from:
- Solo freelancer → multi-seven-figure service business founder
- “Always on” → working far fewer hours than most people expect
- Constant firefighting → having time for my family, my team, and community I care deeply about.
AI has amplified all of that.
Instead of typing proposals, I’ve written a single prompt in Slack that generates a professional proposal in seconds.
And instead of coding for days, in under an hour, I’ve created apps and functions that save me and my team 10-20 hours in a week.
Here are two of my early AIEX students, who you’ll meet in more detail later this week, talking about their own transformations:
“I’m saving 72 to 100 hours [a month]. I’m promising 30-day delivery and delivering in 4 days … It’s life-changing — not only for myself, but for my household, for my extended family, and for my community.” – Deb S.
“My weekly report as an executive used to take me hours every week. Now it takes about 30 minutes for the entire week … I can do 8 hours of work in about 3 hours, and nobody believes me until they see my output.” – Jimmy A.
So, what are Deb, Jimmy and I doing with the extra time?
No, we did not move to Bali |
