A quick follow up to my recent email.
News hot off the press - GoZero has just signed with the Co-op Group. 250 retail sites plus 73 Funeral-care locations with over 200 chargers already in the ground. The retail rollout is expected to generate around £35m in installation revenue over five years, with the Funeralcare estate generating recurring management fee income from day one.
Beyond Co-op, Iceland and Horizon are both on target for signature this month, which would complete the core contracted pipeline. Alongside this, GoZero has over £2m of smaller EV rollouts already signed and commencing in the coming months.
The funding round is nearly closed with around £100k remaining at only £1.50 per share on a £5.64m pre-money valuation, with EIS advanced assurance in place.
