Hey there,
By now you’ve seen the big picture:
- Monday: Why The AI Executive System exists at all.
- Tuesday: What 200+ high-performance professionals from our IWAI community told us about work, life, and goals with AI, plus the three things that surprised us while we built it.
- Wednesday morning: The 3 phases and 20+ assistants of the AIEX System, and what we’ll actually build together.
- Wednesday evening: Deb’s story: 28 agents, 72 to 100 hours a month back, and what she chose to do with them.
Naturally, the next question becomes:
“Okay, but what level of support is right for me?”
That’s what today’s email is for.
Quick reminder before we dive in:
When I say “AI coworkers” or “AI Executive Team,” I’m not talking about a team of human employees who work on AI.
I’m talking about a small, digital team of AI assistants and advisors: agents, workflows, and tools that work with, without, and around you, the way a high-performance human team would.
Every level of AIEX is designed to help you design, build, and install that team across the three phases:
- Stabilize value: reclaim 10–20 hours/week without lowering your standards
- Systemize value: multiply the quality and consistency of your work (and life)
- Scale value: support your 1–3 year goals as a leader and human being
The difference between levels is how closely you want us involved while you do it.
Let’s walk through each one.
1 | Training: “Give me the map and the assets. I’ll drive.”
If you’re self-directed and want a structured blueprint + real assets you can work through on your own schedule, this is likely your starting point.
What you get (high level):
- Full access to the 3-phase, 20+ assistant AIEX roadmap
- Core training modules that walk you through designing, building, and installing your AI coworkers. Recorded and available from Day One, with lifetime access.
- A template library of 20+ ready-to-run assistant builds, downloadable in all three tech track formats and updated continuously as new models and platforms earn a place.
- Templates, prompts, and workflows drawn from our real client work and internal systems
- IWAI Studio, our own build app, included free with your enrollment.
- Access to the AIEX community, a private Slack of other high-performance professionals, open 24/7.
- AIEX Demo Days every other Thursday, where a coach or a fellow student walks through a build they’ve actually shipped. Recorded and added to your library if you can’t attend live.
You can move fast, slow, or somewhere in between. The curriculum is designed to fit around a serious professional life, not compete with it.
Best if:
- You’re already good at keeping yourself accountable
- You prefer to digest material quietly, test it in your own environment, then come back with sharper questions
- You want the full system and asset library at the most accessible investment, knowing you can upgrade later if you want more direct support (subject to availability)
If you read the Wednesday email and thought, “I know I can build this if you just give me the structure and resources,” Training is probably the right starting point.

2 | Coaching: “Walk with me while I install this.”
Coaching includes everything in Training, plus more hands-on support as you design and install your AI Executive System.
Think of it as having a standing place to bring your real work, questions, and edge cases, instead of having to troubleshoot the building of a system you’ve never built before.
What you get (on top of Training):
- A 30-minute kickoff session where we map out your personal build plan before you start.
- 4 AIEX Fast Passes: bookable 30-minute 1:1 sessions with our coaching team (actual working software developers). You screenshare, and we work through your specific build. Not “here’s how to think about it.” Here’s your problem, fixed, in your actual environment.
- Priority feedback in a channel reserved for Coaching members, for “Is this the right way to wire this?” / “What am I missing?” / “How do I adapt this to my team and role?”
- Your kickoff and Fast Passes are valid for a full year from your enrollment date, so you can use them when you actually get stuck rather than racing a clock.
We know your calendar is already full, so these are structured to be practical. You show up with real work and leave with real progress.
Best if:
- You want to move faster with fewer false starts and dead ends.
- You know you’ll have nuanced questions (org politics, sensitive projects, complex roles) and want expert eyes on them.
- You like learning in a live, interactive environment where you can see how others are solving similar problems.
If you read the roadmap and thought, “This is exactly what I want, but I’d like someone in my corner as I install it,” Coaching is likely your best fit.

3 | Executive Concierge: “Build the first 10 with me.”
Executive Concierge includes everything in Training and Coaching, plus direct access to me & my team as your Trusted Advisor // Implementation partner.
This is for people with higher stakes, higher complexity, or less time, where it makes sense for us to work much more closely with you as you build out your AI Executive System.
This level is brand new, and it’s the thing I’m most excited about in this enrollment.
What you get (on top of Coaching):
- A structured 4–8 week engagement with our team, in four parts: kickoff (we help you choose the ten assistants that will make the biggest difference for your actual work), build (our team executes), launch (they go live in your environment, wired to your accounts and tools), and handoff (we teach you how to run and extend the whole system yourself).
- Ten assistants built and configured for you: your work, your accounts, your tools, your life.
- Priority team access throughout the engagement, so you’re not waiting weeks to get unstuck on key decisions.
- 10 Coaching Fast Passes for after the handoff, for whatever you want to build, expand, or try next.
You still own the system. It’s designed around your responsibilities, your expertise, and your life. But you’re not building it from scratch.
Best if:
- You’re responsible for high-impact decisions, teams, or portfolios and want a tighter feedback loop
- You have more budget than time, and it’s worth a higher investment to shorten your path to a functioning AI Executive System
- You want a partner who understands both AI and real-world executive responsibility, not just one or the other.
Note: I need to be direct about this for proper expectation setting - this is a one-time buildout, not an ongoing service.
We build the 10, we launch them, and we teach you to run them. What we don’t do is stay on permanently as your in-house AI department.
That handoff is key. The only way this could be truly hands-off forever would be if we could go inside your brain, extract everything we need, and keep it updated every time your work changed. Current technology doesn’t allow for this, and even if it could, are you sure you’d want that? |
