Hi Adam,
One simple statement changed the way I think about helping people with CKD, and it had nothing to do with food.
Earlier this year, Fiona from Kidney Coach and I sat down to talk about why we created RenAlign and why we believe it helps people make meaningful, lasting nutrition changes.
During our conversation, I shared something that Dr. Morgan Camp told me years ago, and I've never forgotten it.
He said that most people on a health journey don't simply need information and effort. They need optimism and persistence.
That completely changed how I think about helping people with CKD.
Because optimism doesn't come from reading another article. It comes from knowing what your next step is.
And persistence? It comes from having a clear plan that helps you keep moving forward, not from simply trying harder.
Knowing more isn't always what helps you move forward. Having a plan does.
Over the years, we've seen this again and again. People spend months, sometimes years, gathering information because they genuinely want to improve their kidney health. Yet many are still left wondering, "What's my next step?"
If that sounds familiar, I think you'll really enjoy this conversation.

That's one of the reasons we designed RenAlign the way we did.
Not simply to teach kidney nutrition, but to help people turn that information into a practical plan they can actually follow.
And if, after watching, you feel a structured approach would help you move forward, enrollment for our September RenAlign program is now open. Orientation begins September 10.
